PROGAIN – Shipping Policy

At PROGAIN, we are committed to a transparent and responsible shipping experience.
Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and related notices.

Order Processing

PROGAIN follows an environmentally conscious on-demand production model to reduce unnecessary waste.

Depending on the product type, orders are typically shipped within 2–35 days after the order is placed.

Processing Time by Product Type

FAST DELIVERY Products
Products labeled with FAST DELIVERY are in-stock items and are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.
PRE-ORDER DISCOUNT Products
Products labeled with PRE-ORDER DISCOUNT are pre-sale or made-to-order items.
These products require an estimated production time of approximately 30 days before shipment.

Production time is not included in shipping or delivery time.

Shipping Coverage

PROGAIN currently ships to over 60 countries and regions, including but not limited to:

United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, India, Japan, South Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Taiwan (China), United Arab Emirates, and more.

Shipping availability may vary by destination.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard shipping is the only delivery method. Shipping is free when the merchandise total after discounts is US$150 or more, excluding taxes and shipping. Below US$150, the shipping fee is US$10 per order. Other currencies use the equivalent amount at the store exchange rate.

Shipping does not include production or order processing time.

Delivery Time & Tracking

Delivery time varies depending on destination and shipping method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
Please monitor the tracking updates provided by the carrier.

Delivery Issues & Claims

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you experience any delivery issues (including missing packages, incorrect delivery, or visible damage), please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking system.

If no notification is received within 3 days, the order will be considered successfully delivered, and we may be unable to process related claims or requests.

Additional Information Required for Certain Regions

To ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery, orders shipped to certain countries or regions may require additional recipient information.

If necessary, our customer service team will contact you via email after your order is placed.

⚠️ Failure to provide required information in a timely manner may result in shipping delays or order cancellation.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Under normal circumstances, these costs are covered by us. During the shipping process, PROGAIN will coordinate with the logistics provider to ensure that any applicable customs duties and taxes are paid by PROGAIN.

Please note that PROGAIN has no control over these charges, nor can we provide an estimate of the exact amounts.

Due to policy updates in certain regions or changes in customs regulations, there may be instances where specific duties or taxes cannot be covered by us; in such cases, you will be responsible for these costs.

Furthermore, we are unable to provide refunds for any customs duties or taxes paid by you upon receipt of your shipment.
